Welcomed warmly by the people of Fullerton, especially the hardworking individuals from local commercial and industrial sectors seeking a hearty meal at an affordable price, our humble beginnings gradually blossomed. However, the departure of lunch regulars following the relocations of the Hughes Aircraft and Hunt's Ketchup factory urged us to adapt. Recognizing the need to captivate both local hearts and broader palates, we dedicated ourselves to refining our culinary expertise.
